An Ear Falls man, near Kenora, is facing multiple charges after being involved in an accident while towing a boat.
On July 23, at 1 p.m., North Bay OPP responded to a single vehicle accident on Chiswick Line, Chisholm Township.
Russell Burton, 48, is charged with:
- Take motor vehicle without consent
- Operation while prohibited
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Operation while impaired - alcohol
- Careless driving
Burton's drivers licence was suspended for 90 days and he is scheduled to appear at the North Bay Ontario Court of Justice on August 13.
