North Bay police are reporting that 13-year-old Isabella is missing. No last name was provided.
Isabella is described as:
- White skin
- Height: Approximately 5'2"
- Hair: Brown, medium length
Isabella could be wearing either a Grim Reaper Halloween costume, ballcap with attached ears, a black clip-on tail, or a purple shirt and purple shorts and a yellow skirt with flowers on it.
She is likely carrying a purple butterfly backpack and blue Walmart bag.
Isabella is believed to have left a residence on McIntyre Street East between Regina Street and Fisher Street between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. this morning. She is believed to have been heading in the direction of the Ottawa Valley Railway building on Oak Street East.
