I'd say a young cougar due to the size and length. There are more than the Ministry admits to. Wasn't long ago the Ministry said they must of escaped from a zoo or was an exotic pet. Typical government lies. Yes many in Northern ON.. some have been spotted in 2024 in Muskoka
