The Board of Directors of Nipissing Serenity Hospice has selected Elizabeth Evans as its inaugural Executive Director.
She will navigate the operation of the Nipissing & East Parry Sound communities’ residential hospice.
"Elizabeth brings to her new role, extensive experience in administrative healthcare, operations, and human resources," says spokeswoman Mathilde Gravelle Bazinet in a news release. "Prior to joining the hospice, Elizabeth worked in seniors’ housing, where she was recognized and awarded throughout her career for her outstanding contributions to excellence in operations, commitment to client satisfaction and employee engagement. Elizabeth will continue to develop, build and strengthen the relationships and partnerships with the community and supporters of the Nipissing Serenity Hospice.
The building is scheduled to open later this fall.
