North Bay, ON – October 17, 2016 – The City of North Bay would like to caution the public about upcoming traffic and pedestrian delays along the Lakeshore Drive overpass.
On Tuesday, October 18 and Thursday, October 20, between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. expect delays along the overpass as substructure repairs to the bridge deck continue. This will include the lowering and subsequent jacking of the bridge deck. Traffic is expected to be delayed up to 10 minutes per occurrence on each occasion.
Motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to use an alternate route during this time to avoid a delay.
