As part of the International Women's week activities being held in North Bay March 1-March 8, CFUW (Canadian Federation of University Women) hosted the 19th annual Gift of Reading at Mother St. Bride's JK-SK class on Tues. morning.
Each of the students in Mrs. Doucette's class were able to select a "keeper book" to take home to promote literacy in their lives.
The new books along with others for the class library were donated by the ladies in the North Bay branch of CFUW.
