Few details at this point as this happened just after 5 p.m. but a near collision in the downhill lane at the corner of Airport Road and O'Brien is slowing traffic considerably.
It appears there was no collision, but a panic stop caused the vehicle to veer to the side and get a flat tire.
According to a witness the female driver swerved to her right into the ditch where she blew a tire. Skid marks are visible in the picture.
