The North Bay Santa Fund Committee is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the 2024 Santa Fund campaign, with a total of $175,000 raised.

Reaching this incredible milestone allowed the team to deliver over 375 hampers to families in need, touching the lives of more than 2,000 people in our community during the holiday season.

The journey began in August 2024 as the North Bay Santa Fund Committee embarked on months of preparation. From organizing groceries to assembling toys, every effort was made to ensure families would experience the joy and warmth of the holiday season.

The community spirit shone brightly on December 22, 2024, when volunteers gathered to fill and prepare the hampers for delivery. Within three short hours, the task was complete, accompanied by the festive music of the North Bay Santa Fund’s house band, The Blackbirds.

The magic continued on December 23, 2024, with long lines of volunteers at Canadore College's Commerce Court Campus ready to deliver the hampers. Together, the volunteers spread holiday cheer, ensuring that no family went without food and no child was left without a toy.

“The smiles on the faces of those we met will last a lifetime,” said one member of the Santa Fund Committee. “We’re immensely grateful to the citizens of North Bay for coming together to make this happen.”

As we reflect on the success of 2024, the committee extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the North Bay Santa Fund, noting their generosity has made a tangible difference, bringing hope and happiness to so many.

"Here’s to an incredible 2025, and we look forward to seeing you next year!"
