The Discovery North Bay Museum and the Community Waterfront Park is honoured to have been chosen as the celebration site for the arrival of the Olympic Torch in North Bay on December 30th. With this in mind, we are excited to help kick off a year of Olympic and sports related celebrations throughout the city.
The North Bay Sports Hall of Fame and Discovery North Bay Museum have collaborated to create an exhibit that honours North Bay’s great athletes, coaches and builders. The athletic talent in our community is impressive! Below is a list of currently inducted NB Olympians provided by the North Bay Sports Hall of Fame.

The North Bay Sports Hall of Fame, founded in 1977, is a non-profit organization dedicated to honouring and perpetuating the names and deeds of those whose athletic prowess brought recognition to their community and to themselves as well as those whose interest in and work for sport resulted in a climate which benefited athletes and athletics.
