On June 22 North Bay OPP responded to a call about a sexual assault that had occurred earlier in June in Papineau-Cameron Township.
Dharmesh Patel, 38, of Papineau-Cameron Township, was charged with three counts of sexual assault.
Patel was held pending bail.
