Police release new images as Canada-wide search continues for man, 12-year-old daughters

Niagara Regional Police have released updated photos of the missing girls and their father, Clayton Misener

Detectives from the 1 District St. Catharines office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) continue to investigate the abduction of Paige and Alexandra Misener (12 years). A Canada wide arrest warrant has been issued for their father, Clayton Misener (46 years) of St. Catharines.

Detectives have been able to obtain new images of Paige, Alexandra and Clayton. 

Clayton Misener may be in the Nova Scotia area.  He may also be driving a grey Toyota Corolla with Ontario marker CSWH819.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-688-4111, extension 1009964.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477.  Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.

Original Sept. 5 release:

In August of 2021, detectives with 1 District (St. Catharines) began an investigation in relation to a custody dispute.

On Aug. 20, 2021, the male subject in this matter contravened a court order and is believed to have left the province with his two daughters, Paige and Alexandra Misener.

As a result, Clayton Misener (46 years old) of St. Catharines is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for the following charges of:

  • Disobey order of the court contrary to section 127(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
  • Abduction in contravention of custody order contrary to section 282(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

The two daughters are believed to be in the company of their father and not believed to be in danger.

Misener may be in the Nova Scotia Area.

Misener may be operating a grey Toyota Corolla with Ontario marker CSWH819.
