During the Tuesday, Feb. 13 regular meeting of council, Inch and Lowery were the dissenting votes in a 9-2 majority in favour of moving the controversial twin pad arena project along. The path forward for a proposed twin pad arena should be cleared following a special meeting on Thursday, Feb. 15 that will raise some procedural questions but also address a notice of reconsideration from Lowery, seconded by Inch, which appears to be a long shot to reverse the decision.
