Parking at Northgate Shopping Centre will be at a premium in the next couple weeks as a large portion of the parking lot at North Bay's largest mall is getting repaved.
"Northgate will be undergoing pavement and curb rehabilitation over the next few weeks," the mall stated via social media on Friday.
"This project will begin Monday Oct. 7, 2024."
Paving equipment was being staged on Friday in the northwest corner of Lot 1.
"We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your co-operation."
Northgate Shopping Centre created a map to indicate the repaving zone which will primarily take place in front of Walmart starting on Monday.
Northgate Shopping Centre officials noted the parking in front of Urban Planet is still available for shoppers as well as parking on the east end of the building near the food court entrance.
