Missing 37-year old man not seen since early December

A missing 37-year-old man named Daniel has not been seen in the River Valley area since early December and the Nipissing West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s assistance. 

On Jan. 24, 2025, the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP began an investigation into Daniel’s disappearance. 

Daniel is an Indigenous man who stands 5-7 and weighs 140 lbs. He has a thin build and brown, shaggy hair. He has a full brown beard and hazel eyes.

Daniel has previous ties to the Lindsay/Kawartha Lakes area Oshawa, and Toronto. 

Police report that they and Daniel’s family members are concerned for his safety and are asking anyone who may have dash cam, surveillance camera footage or any information regarding this missing person investigation to contact the OPP immediately at 1-888-310-1122.
