On August 12th at approximately 09:57am, two males and a female were stopped on Wyld Street by members of the North Bay Police Street Crime Unit, operating a vehicle belonging to the female of the trio.
A search of the vehicle subsequent to arrest revealed a 42” Plasma TV and several pairs of leather cowboy boots relating to a Commercial Break & Enter on Oak Street. The property valued at $5400.00 was seized by Police.
It is alleged the two males had no right to be in possession of the Motor Vehicle as well.
Michael Duhaime, age 32 &
Bruce Duhaime, age 45 of Plumtree Crescent in North Bay are charged with; Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
They are being held in custody pending a bail Hearing today.
Jennifer West, age 30 of Victoria Street E. in North Bay is charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Subsequent to the previously reported incidents, Michael Duhaime, & Bruce Duhaime, and Jennifer West, are now charged with Break & Enter & Theft relating to the Break & Enter at the Oak Street Business, occurring August 11-12, 2010 in North Bay
As a result of further investigation, North Bay Police Street Crime unit has recovered additional property, obtained by crime, valued at approximately $20,000.00.
