Local Tim Horton's restaurant closed due to health concerns

'Our restaurant is temporarily closed due to the evolving health situation'

A local Tim Horton's restaurant on the north end of the city is closed today due to health concerns.

The Tim Horton's location on McKeown Avenue in North Bay is closed and its Drive-Thru is blocked off with pylons as of Sunday morning.

"Our restaurant is temporarily closed due to the evolving health situation," a sign reads on the two entrances to the restaurant.

The sign continues with information on the location of other North Bay Tim Horton's restaurants in North Bay.

BayToday has reached out to the Health Unit for more details on the closure and to get confirmation whether or not the "evolving health situation"  is COVID-19 related.
