2020 12 14 Dr. Ravinder Singh
NBRHC surgeon Dr. Ravinder Singh's virtual cooking class is back to serve up another course.

Back by popular by demand, a new virtual edition of Cooking with Dr. Singh.

North Bay Regional Health Centre surgeon Dr. Ravinder Singh will again show off his culinary prowess as he guides you in preparing Indian staple biryani, a mixed rice dish made with Indian spices, rice, and protein, typically chicken, goat, lamb, prawn or fish. Some varieties may also include eggs or vegetables such as potatoes.

Of course, each of the popular online cooking classes has a charitable element and spots are in high demand, so you are encouraged to reserve early. Your donation will secure your ticket for this virtual cooking experience Wednesday, Dec 15 at 6 p.m.

Since the first virtual cooking class in July 2020, tens of thousands of dollars have been raised for our community’s health care needs. Dr. Singh will double the impact to a good cause by matching donations up to a maximum of $10,000. As always, all proceeds go toward supporting care at NBRHC.
