Reconstruction of the Lakeshore overpass will reach its mid-point this afternoon as traffic will change lanes and work will start on the northbound lanes.
The change will happen at 2 p.m. and take about 20 minutes according to a city official.
Motorists can use Memorial Drive as an alternate route.
