It looks like North Bay will once again be a host for the Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling.
The six-stop tour kicks off with a return to North Bay, Ontario for the Boost National, October 4-9, 2022 at North Bay Memorial Gardens.
North Bay was a previous host to the Masters in October 2019, which saw record crowds for a GSOC event.
Mark Brown, chair of the 2019 Grand Slam organizing committee for the high profile curling event, says the event broke attendance records by more than 12,000.
Brown estimated the event sold more than 37,000 seats which eclipses the previous Grand Slam of Curling event mark of 24,000.
