The Ontario Provincial Police Investigation and Enforcement Bureau has laid charges concerning an Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation suspicious activity investigation.
On July 23, the Investigation and Enforcement Bureau, attached to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), received information from the OLG Forensic Investigations Unit, concerning suspicious transactions involving lottery tickets at a retail outlet in Sudbury.
The investigation resulted in an arrest and a Criminal Code charge.
Nicole Fex, 61 of Sudbury, is charged with theft over $5,000.
Fex has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on a later date.
