Dueling rallies lopsided

Police warned yesterday that they would keep an eye on things to make sure the rallies were peaceful

Two competing rallies at City Hall this afternoon (Saturday) were peaceful, but one was much louder and enthusiastic.

A small group representing the "Worldwide Stop the War on Children Rally,' were outnumbered by a counter group organized by North Bay's OutLOUD group by about 10 to one.

Police warned yesterday that they would keep an eye on things to make sure the rallies were peaceful.
