Crime of the Week For: Feb. 5, 2004
Near North Crime Stoppers and the North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a string of Break, Enter, Thefts and Mischief’s that occurred in Thorne last October.
During the week of October 24th, 2003 numerous residences situated on Spruce Ave., and Elm St., in the hamlet of Thorne ON, along with their respective garages were broken into and several items were stolen. Some items that were stolen consisted of:
Team Mechanix 2.25hp Black Compressor; Delta Sliding Compound Mitre Saw, green and blue; Simoniz Pressure Washer 13amp, 12 volt, blue; Grinder green, Yamaha 6600 DES Generator, blue; along with other power and hand tools.
The police are looking for any information regarding the property location, suspect information or any other information that would assist with their current investigation along with Forensic Evidence gathered at the scenes of these crimes.
