A North Bay Transit bus driver has been charged after being involved in the pedestrian fatality April 11 at the intersection of McIntyre and Ferguson streets.
Winifred Watling died in hospital after being struck by the bus around 11:30 a.m.
The bus driver has been charged by the North Bay Police Service with Turn Not In Safety, Section 142 (1) under the Highway Traffic Act.
