Water and Sewer Department workers are out in freezing temperatures this afternoon trying to repair a water main break near the corner of Lakeshore Drive and Banner Ave.
One southbound lane has been closed on Lakeshore Dr. between Banner Ave and Marshall Park Dr..
"We expect the repair to take approximately 6 to 8 hours, until approximately 7:30 p.m.," says Brian Phillips, Operations Supervisor. "We ask that drivers slow down going through the construction zone and exercise caution."
