Bin Laden Tape Says Moussaoui Wasn't Involved in 9-11

A new audio tape said to be from Osama bin Laden says that Zacarias Moussaoui had no involvement in the 9-11 terror attacks.

On the tape, Bin Laden says he had personally delgated assignments to the 19 hijackers involved in the attacks.

Moussaoui, who pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy, wasn't among those who received assignments, Bin Laden said.

The audio tape was posted on an Internet site frequently used for Al Qaeda announcements.
