To the editor:
As far as terrible tenants go, very true getting them out is a real nightmare. However have rented for many years, and have always treated the property like it was mine plus rent was always paid on time, if not early with paying.
Not all renters are bad, unfortunately, some take advantage of landlords.
Again though, some landlords do not look after their property seemingly just pay and to heck with any problems in your unit. It is like a no-win situation.
