To the editor:
We can blame all sorts of people for the homeless ..who helps who ..why they should"
Programs are out there but not being used or disclosed to help the homeless.
The problem is we can't blame anyone.. except the government having restrictions on program that can help.
We have to fix this now and stop handing out drugs, and find a secure method to house and maintain this sort of addiction outside of the city with secure fencing. Each individual gets a house. It doesn't have to be big, 400 sq ft is sufficient.. security on duty to stop drugs coming into the compound .. bathrooms and showers are portable ones for the complex.
By doing this they learn how to keep clean and maintain a house. ..there's a lot of garbage out there that can be collected by these individuals..in return for their housing ...just a thought.
