To the editor:

Here we go again!

Now a request for recliners in the waiting room of emergency's. Why not coffee and tea service also?

This waiting time is getting out of hand mixed, with the system that is also not working.

My husband had to visit the emergency in a hospital for a bladder infection. When he was let in and looked after by the nurses who gave him at least a bed, and blankets to lay on and under.

It took the doctor 4 hours to come in to give him a prescription before he could go.

No complaint about the service, but how long for the urine test and prescription could it take? Again I think the system is really something to be looked into, understanding, that emergencies need to be treated on the spot.

That's why we need a special department for cases like ear infections, bladder infections, etc.etc.
