HOMEOWNERS BEWARE
It was recently reported to the North Bay Police Service that on Tuesday Jan. 13, an elderly homeowner on Murphy Street in North Bay was personally contacted by individuals who offered to shovel her sidewalk and shovel her
roof. The roof is structurally sound and has never needed shovelling, much less at this time of the year. The individuals took $400. for their efforts
and left.
Our Service would like to caution the public and remind them to be vigilant to offers from strangers on any work being done to their home.
