WEAPONS DANGEROUS
On Aug. 16 shortly after 10 PM a man got into an argument withmanother patron in a North Bay bar.
This man was evicted and later returned with a 2x2 piece of wood and began to threaten the patrons. Cst.
Peter Brunette of the North Bay Police Service attended and arrested the man.
Eric FEDORA, 39, of no fixed address, is charged with Weapons Dangerous, and remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
STRIKES WITH BASEBALL BAT>
On Aug. 16 shortly after 9 PM two men were at a local motel on Lakeshore Drive.
One of the men wanted drugs from the other and commenced to strike him with a baseball bat. He then fled the area. Constables Helen Kent and Sue Solman as well as back up were called and attended. The aggressor was located a short time later on Manitou Street.
Antoine IAHTAIL, 41, of Manitou Street, is charged with Assault Bodily Harm. He was also kept in custody for a bail hearing.
VIOLENT HARASSMENT
On Aug. 6 a man attended a home of a woman known to him. At this time he punched holes in the residence walls, smashed a window and locked the woman in the bedroom.
After this incident he kept repeatedly calling her.
On Aug. 16 the man returned to this same residence and smashed more holes in the walls.
Constables Bill McMullen, Ken Ayres and Mark McLeod of the North Bay Police Service attended and arrested the male person.
Dwayne Roger BEAUVAIS 23, of Front Street, Sturgeon Falls, is charged with two counts of mischief, forcible confinement and criminal harassment. He remains in
custody.
ASSAULT BODILY HARM
On Aug. 10 two men were in a local motel room when an argument broke out. One of the men began punching and kicking the other man. The
victim was transported to hospital where he underwent eye surgery.
On Aug. 16 Cst. Ross Lingley of the North Bay Police Service arrested a man in relation to this incident.
Jonathan MIANSCUM, 40, of Couchie Memorial Drive, is charged with Assault Bodily Harm. He is to attend court Oct. 12.
