CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
During the months of Nov. 2003 to Jan 2004 a woman continually phoned and emailed a man known to her. This continued even after she was told to stop.
On the 7th of Jan. of this year Cst. Joe Gardiner and Steve Taylor of the North Bay Police Service attended this woman's address and arrested her.
Nancy ARCURI 34, of Main St. W. is charged with Criminal
Harassment and was kept in custody awaiting a bail hearing.


RIDE STATS
Although the North Bay Police Service stopped numerous vehicles during the Christmas season, there were no impaired drivers.
The patrol section of this Service did stop several impaired drivers during this same time period.
R I D E Stats:
October 2003: 558 vehicles stopped, no charges;
November 2003:1139 vehicles stopped, no charges and one 12-
hour suspension;
December 2003: 2801 vehicles stopped, no charges.

Regular Patrol Officers:
October 2003: 14 impaired drivers arrested;
November 2003: 9 impaired drivers arrested;
December 2003: 4 impaired drivers arrested.
