INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL ACTIVITY
On the 18th of Aug. at the North Bay Police Service headquarters, Det. Cst. Barry Ramsay arrested a male individual in relation to a sexual assault complaint.
This complaint states the incident took place
during the month of June this year in North Bay, and involves a 13-year-old girl.
Shawn Ernest FREDERICK, 19, of Prince Edward Drive, is charged with Sexual Interference, Sexual Assault and Breach of Probation. He is to attend court on Sept. 28.
