A drug bust in Sundridge, led to the arrest of three people yesterday while police seized drugs and cash.
On Tuesday the Almaguin Highlands OPP's Street Crime Unit detachment members and Emergency Response Team arrested the trio and seized over 9 grams of cocaine, 16 grams of crack cocaine, over 23 grams of Fentanyl, and cash. The street value for the drugs seized is approximately $7,000.
While three people were arrested only one was charged.
James Lee, 40, of Sundridge is charged with:
- Failure to comply with an undertaking
- Two counts of failure to comply with a probation order
- Possession of schedule I substance for trafficking - cocaine
- Possession of schedule I substance for trafficking - opioid
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
Lee was held for a bail hearing and remanded into custody.
