STRUCK WITH BEER BOTTLE

On the 24th of Feb. during the early morning hours it is alleged that a fight ensued on McIntyre St. in North Bay.

Cst. Jason Long and Daniel Shepstone of this Service were called to attend and arrested a man. It is further alleged that this man cut another man with a bottle. The male victim received slashes to his face and neck. He attended the hospital by cab.

David McCallum 27 years old of Oakwood Av. is charged with Assault bodily Harm and Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.


SEXUAL ASSAULT

On the 22nd of Feb. it is alleged that a sexual assault took place against a woman in North Bay. This was reported to Cst. Jeff Warner and Walter Neeley of this Service.

On the 23rd of Feb. a man was arrested in relation to this alleged incident.

Patrick McNulty 36 years old of Worthington St. E. is charged with Sexual Assault and remains in custody for a bail hearing.


KICKS IN DOOR

On the 24th of Feb. during the early morning hours it is alleged that an argument and assault took place between a man and a woman. The woman attended another residence and sought refuge. It is further alleged that the man then kicked in the door to this residence and entered same. Cst. Barry MacIntosh and Ross Lingley of this Service attended and arrested a man in relation to this incident.

James BRANDT 22 years old of Clarence St. is charged with Assault and Forcible Entry. He is to appear in court on the 27th of Feb.


FAILS TO ATTEND JAIL

On the 24th of Feb. it is alleged that a man who was scheduled to attend the North Bay and District Jail, in fact failed to do so. Cst. Helene Boisonneault of this Service attended a residence within the city and effected an arrest in relation to this incident.

Dani Raymond St. Pierre 44 years old of North Bay is charged with Being Unlawfully at Large and Breach of Recognizance. He was kept in custody.


POSSIBLY STOLEN CDs

Cst. Scott Berry of this Service stopped 2 youths in the area of Lansdown Av. on the 20th of Feb. These youths had in their possession a case of CDs that might possibly have been stolen from this area. The officer is requesting anyone having lost CDs within this area to contact him in order to have the property returned.
