A Mattawa man is facing an assault charge after the North Bay OPP and the Crime Unit, investigated an incident that occurred on July 19 on Turcotte Park Road in Mattawa.
Police say Leonard Gushe, 58, was arrested and charged.
Gushe was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on September 21 in North Bay.
