An Elliot Lake person faces mischief and harassment charges after plowing snow around another person's vehicle and blocking their driveway.
On January 31 the East Algoma OPP arrested and charged a person who was released on conditions. Those were later breached.
The same person was arrested again on February 2 after plowing snow around the complainant's car at their place of work and blocking the driveway at their residence.
The OPP says it will not be releasing the name in order to protect the identity of the victim.
The 55-year-old from Elliot Lake was arrested and charged with:
- Criminal Harassment - repeatedly follow, repeatedly communicate with, watch and beset, threatening conduct
- Mischief - interfere with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of a property
- Mischief - obstructs, interrupts or interferes with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of property
- Fail to comply with an undertaking
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on January 3.
