Police report that the MTO stopped by to lend a hand when North Bay OPP stopped a commercial vehicle with missing wheels on the trailer Thursday.
A wheel fell off "due to fastener failure, hub cap broken off with an open view into the hub," said an OPP tweet.
"Wheels located, Driver and operator charged," it said.
A location was included in the tweet.
