The North Bay Ice Boltz Midget AA Hockey Club is pleased to announce that on the weekend of November 21st and 22nd North Bay's Memorial Gardens will host some of the top Provincial Women's Hockey League (PWHL) and Midget AA teams in the province for a series of scheduled league games. Both the Toronto Aeros and Barrie Sharks will be bring their PWHL and Midget AA teams while North Bay Ice Boltz and Sudbury Lady Wolves will ice their Midget AA teams.
Having the PWHL play in Northern Ontario is a first for the league as they attempt to showcase the players and their high skill level to the hockey fans of Nipissing and area. Both the Sharks and Aeros have placed female hockey players on Team Ontario over the years and many have secured CIS or Division 1 scholarships.
Both the North Bay Ice Boltz and Sudbury Lady Wolves midget teams are excited about playing before home fans November 21st and 22nd as most home games in their Lower Lakes league are played in central and southern Ontario.
North Bay, Sudbury and the Toronto Aeros are three of the top Midget AA teams in the province and they are all battling for first place in the Central Division of Lower Lakes.
Last year the Sudbury Lady Wolves won the Canadian Championship at the Midget AA level.

2.00 - 3.30 pm (Midget AA - Toronto Aeros vs. Sudbury Lady Wolves)

4.00 - 5.30 pm (Midget AA - Barrie Sharks vs. North Bay Ice Boltz)
Sunday Nov 22nd - Memorial Gardens
10.00 am - 11.30 am (Midget AA - North Bay Ice Boltz vs. Toronto Aeros)
11.30 am - 1.30 pm (PWHL - Toronto Aeros vs. Barrie Jr. Sharks)
1.30 pm - 3.00 pm (Midget AA - Barrie Sharks vs. Sudbury Lady Wolves)
The Ice Boltz Midget AA return to league action against the Leaside Wildcats on November 7th in Toronto.
