The Wildcats defeated the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears in Game 3 of the best of 3 NDA senior girls basketball final series.
Both teams battled as the Cats took a 15-14 lead at halftime.
The game stayed close as both teams traded baskets throughout the third quarter.
In the final quarter, Widdifield took a double-digit lead and never looked back as they defeated the Bears 44-32.
Leading scorers for Widdifield were Tori Gravelle with 12 followed by Carlie Pappano and Melanie Brouse with 10 each.
Christy Tignanelli led the Bears with a dozen, followed by Carissa Ricci with 10.
