The Widdifield Wildcats swim team, for its 7th year in a row, has advanced to OFSAA. On Wednesday December 16, 2015 the team competed in Sudbury to qualify for OFSAA 2016, which will be held in Windsor, Ontario March 8 - 9, 2016.
Josh Brost, a grade 11 student, qualified in the Senior 100 IM and 100 Backstroke, Sheila MacDougall, a grade 9 student, qualified in the Junior 50 Breaststroke, and the girls 200M Free Relay team made up of Mickayla Hanselman, Emily Redhead, Alyssa Stoppa and Ashley Brady, qualified with a time of 2:17.88.
