The West Ferris 63's U10 and U12 Teams competed in the Sudbury Ringette Tournament this past weekend.
Both teams were undefeated in their 3 round robin games. The U12 Team defeated Sudbury, Walden and Valley East, placing them in the top spot going into the finals where they defeated Timmins to capture the gold for the U12 Regional divison!
The U10 Team won their pool with convincing wins against Walden, Barrie and Iroquois Falls.
In the finals, the 63's controlled possession and outshot their opponents, but they couldn't find the back of the net and lost 3-0. The team earned the silver medal in the U10 division.
