Heather “Martha” Elizabeth Turcotte was a caring spouse, mother, (great) grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She left this world peacefully on June 29, 2023 at age 71.
She was born to her late mother Eileen Lemay and father Daryl Schell on December 21,1951.
Heather loved spending her days enjoying coffee, watching the news and enjoying company with her dog Pepper and spouse Don.
She was a loving mother of Georgina, George (Kathleen), Angie (Tim), Tanya (Steve), Brenda (Dan), and Alex and often cared for others as her own. Survived by her loving brother Bill Schell (uncle Willy) and her half sister Carol-Ann Dokis and Predeceased by her sister Patricia Lavoie. She was a loving grandmother to many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She spent many years cooking, waitressing and serving at restaurants where she met the love of her life Don. It was love at first sight. She could be found at her camp enjoying her days there as much as she could. She had a heart of gold and cared for every single person she had met.
As per Heather's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service was held.
