The family announces with sorrow the passing of Phyllis Stevens in Sturgeon Falls on Saturday, November 23, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of the late Alex and the late Stella (née Bigelow). Dear sister of Corrine Domanico (late Sam). Predeceased by her sisters Jean Ryan (late Kevin) and Sandra Workman (late Bob).
Phyllis was known for her adventurous spirit and active lifestyle. She found joy in golf, curling, and traveling, treasuring time spent on the green, at the rink, or exploring new horizons. She also dedicated many years of her life to a fulfilling career with Ontario Hydro, where she formed lifelong friendships and was highly regarded by her colleagues.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Théoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home in Sturgeon Falls on Sunday, December 1, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Théoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls.
