Passed away peacefully on March 12, 2014 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury at the age of 85. Cherished husband to Elfriede of Virginiatown. Loving father to Reinhold and Norman (Darlene) of North Bay. Proud grandfather to Christopher, Patrick and Emily. Predeceased by both of his parents Franz and Maria (Riedl) and brothers Alois and Joseph. Frank worked most of his life at Kerr Addison Gold Mine. He enjoyed spending time at the family cottage, gardening, fishing and hunting. The family will be receiving friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home located at 591 Cassells St. in North Bay, 705-472-8520 on Saturday March 15, 2014 from 11 am – 2 pm. Funeral service will be held in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel following the visitation at 2 pm. Donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly acknowledged.
