Quesnel, Marie Donna (nee Sakata)
Peacefully passed away at the West Nipissing General Hospital (Sturgeon Falls) on Saturday October 28, 2023, at the age of 74 years. Marie was the beloved wife of the late Edgar Quesnel and the loving mother to Jason Quesnel (Deirdre), Tammy Quesnel (Marcel), and Tracy Quesnel. She was the cherished grandmother to Tyson, Cory (Amber), Kayla (Jordan), Katelyn, and Ashley, and great-grandmother to Averie, and Harper. Marie will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Joanne Sakata, Lillian Dancey (Ron), and her brother Gilbert Ono. She is predeceased by her parents Masao Ono and Elanore (nee Sakata) Ono. As per Marie’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family celebration of life will occur at a later date.
