Proulx, Mona (nee Lauzon)

Peacefully passed away at Eastholme Home of the Aged on December 25, 2013 at the age of 79 years. Predeceased by her husband Rheal Proulx. Dearly loved mother of Bob Lauzon (Vera), Mike (Simone), Yvonne Laflamme (Fern), Richard (Sheila), Lise Degagne (Ivan), Gerard and Connie Rousseau (Eric). Mona will be sadly missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Dear sister of Andy Lauzon (Bonnie-deceased) and Helen Grande (Tony). Predeceased by her parents William and Grace, daughters; Carol Strezzella (Vito-deceased), Joanne Proulx, Lorraine Proulx, and  brothers; Raymond Lauzon, Aurel Lauzon and Ron Lauzon (Marilyn). Family will be receiving friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated in the McGuinty Funeral Home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Spring interment will be held at Ste. Bernadette Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Alzheimers Association or Eastholme would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
