James “Jim” Porter passed away peacefully on Saturday July 1, 2023.
He is predeceased by his late wife Marlene Porter and his parents Lyola “Lyle” and Lillian Porter. Father of Mark Porter (Sue), Jennifer Porter, and Valerie Mourot.
Stepfather to David McCharles (June), Dianne McCharles, and Leona McCharles (Jason). Jim will be remembered by his brother Lyle Jr. Porter (Carole) and his grandchildren Mackenzie and Larissa Mourot, Victoria and Vanessa Porter, Montana and Chloe Warbrick, Jack, Maggie and True Copple and Taylor McCharles.
Cremation has taken place and as per his request, there will be no funeral service.
