Pitt, Richard (Sonny)
(March 16, 1939- May 18, 2023)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father Richard on May 18th, 2023 at Cassellholme, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 84.
Predeceased by his wife Jeanne and their daughter Melissa. Richard will be lovingly remembered by his remaining children Rod, Lisa (Pierre) and Cecile. Proud grandfather of Ricky, Samantha, Justin, Damian, Daniel and Jenna, as well as great grandfather to Nixon. He was also known as GG to Aubrie and Lucas (who always brought a smile to his face). Richard was blessed with loving siblings Thelma, Lila, Sheila (deceased), Dorothy, Gwen, Wanita (deceased) as well as Wayne.
Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing Richard will miss him dearly.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering for his celebration of life will occur at a later date.
