Passed away peacefully at Water’s Edge Care Community on Wednesday October 5^th, 2022 at the age of 86. Loving wife of George Howards. Beloved mother of Denise (Bernie), Lorraine, Tim, Dianne (Ivan), Brad (Trudy), Ron (Cathy) and predeceased by her late daughter Joanne. She will be sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren Jennifer, Raymond, Rebecca, Laura, Katie, Heather, Josh, Madelyn, Jayden and Ryan, her 4 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Linda. Predeceased by her parents James and Christine Beaucage and siblings Susan, Angeline, Florence, Peter, Theresa, Wilfred, Phillip, Kathleen and Madeline. Mary-Ann had a passion for gardening, crochet, knitting and native crafts. She also enjoyed travelling. Mary-Ann was the supervisor for Zellers for approximately 25 years. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.  Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Water’s Edge for their care and compassion given to our mom. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd on Tuesday October 11^th, 2022 from 2pm until 4pm and 6pm until 8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St Peter the Apostle Church, 299 Airport Rd. on Wednesday October 12^th, 2022 at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
