HAMPEL, Marielle Marie Anne (née Neault)

Marielle passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday May 8, 2022, at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Donald Hampel. Loving mother to June Starkey (Jeff), Lynn MacDonald (Peter), Debbie Hampel, Frances Hampel (Kirk), Shelley Greco and Corey Hampel (Crystal). Cherished grandmother to Lindsay, Jessica, Joshua, Michael, Zachary, Josh, Cash, Charley, great grandmother to Lilah, Ethan, Jameson, Nicholas, Isaac, Jacob, and Riley. Marielle was predeceased by her son Robert, daughter Arlene, her parents Eugene and Martha (née Gravel) Neault,  grandson Jeremy, sisters Lillian Courville (Conrad), Jenny Snider (Stan -surviving), and Florence Lafreniere (Fern-surviving). She is survived by her brother Romeo Neault (Sylvie), and her sister Jackie Longlade (Murray). The family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday May 12, 2022, from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm, and on Friday May 13, 2022, from 11am to 1pm.  A funeral service will be conducted in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel on Friday May 13, 2022, at 1pm. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Flex Unit at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their outstanding care and compassion towards their mother.
